The standard club year includes a few regular components on an academic year calendar—essentially September through May/June. Keep these in mind as you plan each club year:
September
- Club kick-off dinner—your goal here is to build connections with and between members, so this is a social event
- Membership renewal for years 2 and beyond—you’ll need to provide updated rosters and pay the renewal fee to Seattle Study Club corporate
January/February
- Symposium
- Begin programming for the next academic year
April
- Coordinators Conference
May/June
- Year end meeting and dinner
July
- Directors Summit
