Updating Your Club’s Email and Resetting Password

Section 1: Update your club’s account email:

Keeping your club’s email address up to date ensures you’ll receive important notifications, including password reset emails.

1. Login to the Admin Portal
   Go to https://portal.myseattlestudyclub.com/login and sign in using your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to ‘Account Settings’
   From the dashboard, click on your profile icon or account name in the top-right corner. Select “My Profile” from the dropdown.
3. Edit Your Email
   On the My Profile page, locate the Contact Information section and click the “Change” button in the top right of that section to enable editing.
4. Save Changes
   Scroll down and click “Save” or “Update” to confirm your changes.
5. Check Your Inbox
   You’ll receive a confirmation email at the new address to notify you of the update.

⚠️ The email address you set here will be used for future password recovery. If you forget your password, the reset link will be sent to this updated email.

Section 2: Update your club’s account password:

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a reset link to be sent to your email.

1. Go to the Admin Portal Login Page
   Visit https://portal.myseattlestudyclub.com/login.
2. Click “Forgot My Password”
   Beneath the login fields, click the “Forgot My Password” link.
3. Enter Your Username
   On the next screen, type in your username (usually your email address).
4. Send Password Reset Email
   Click “Send Password Reset Email.” A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
5. Now, Check Your Email
   Please check the email linked to your username for password reset instructions. Be sure to look in your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may be directed there.
