How to Download and Access the SSC Club Connect App

This guide walks members through downloading the SSC Club Connect app and navigating its key features. With the app, members can:

• RSVP to local events
• Receive and track CE credits
• Access exclusive member benefits, including case studies, the Seattle Study Club Journal, and much more

Whether you’re joining a study club for the first time or looking to take full advantage of your membership, the Club Connect app is your go-to tool for staying informed and engaged—anytime, anywhere.

Step 1: Download the App

1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Search for “SSC Club Connect.”
3. Tap Download or Install.
4. Once downloaded, open the app from your home screen.

Step 2: Log In

1. Enter your personal email address
2. Enter your password.
   • If you don’t remember your password, tap “Forgot Password” to receive a reset link via email.
3. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Member Dashboard.

Step 3: Access Key Features & Resources

View Event Guide & Schedule

1. From the home screen, tap “My Guides.”
2. Select your club guide (e.g., “Your Club Name”)
3. Tap “View My Schedule” to see your personal agenda, session details, and locations.

Submit CE Codes

1. Within your guide, tap “Submit CE.”
2. Enter the 4-digit completion code provided at the conclusion of the session.
3. Complete the evaluation form.
4. Once submitted, your CE certificate will be emailed to you automatically.

View Your CE History

1. Return to the main app screen and tap the menu icon (☰) in the corner.
2. Tap “My CE” to view all previously earned CE credits.
3. You can download or forward CE certificates as needed.

Explore Member Benefits & Resources

1. In your event or club guide, scroll to the Resources or Member Benefits section.
2. Tap to open:
   • Partner Promotions
   • Educational Articles
   • My Vault Content (recorded sessions, handouts, and more)
   • RISE / Aviary links (if applicable)
   • The SSC Playbook – best practices and guides for maximizing your membership
