There are a number of ways in which you can help advisory board members benefit from contributing to the club, but keep in mind these should be given as a thank you for hard work and not as an expected part of holding this position:
- Allocated a portion of club tuition to these clinicians.
- Compensate them for lectures given to the club.
- Refer patients to any advisor and encourage club members to do the same.
- Help them secure lecture dates where they can gain additional compensation and recognition.
